GotSport Roster

GotSport rosters need to be accurate by October 8th, 2024

Out-of-Town Teams

We will do our best to accommodate no Friday games to out-of-town teams, however, please keep in mind that there are a number of Arizona Soccer League games scheduled around tournament games as well. No guarantees for schedule requests.

Coaching Conflicts

We will make every attempt to accommodate a maximum of 2 teams per coach, but cannot guarantee a conflict-free schedule. Teams should plan accordingly with coaches.

Stay and Play

Ahwatukee Classic is a “Stay & Play” tournament. We have partnered with Rated Travel to ensure all families traveling in for our tournament will have a quality hotel available at a competitive price. All out-of-town teams must book their hotel through our website to qualify for tournament acceptance. Please email housing@ratedtravel.net

Credentials

All U.S. players and coaches must have a laminated 2024-2025 US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, USSSA, or AYSO player pass with a picture. All players are required to bring a medical release form. Birth certificates are not required. All foreign players must have appropriate identification (team rosters are not acceptable substitutes) and a medical release form.

Disclaimer

The FC Arizona will not be held responsible for any reason which may affect the game format. In the event of the tournament or division cancellation due to acts of God, inclement weather, or other reasons beyond the control of FC Arizona, entry fees will not be refunded. Once your team is accepted, there are no refunds.

Fees

$845 for U15 and up
$745 for U13/U14
$700 for U11/U12 - 9v9
$525 for U9/10 – 7V7 including goalkeeper
$400 for U7/8 – 4V4, no goalkeeper

Application Deadline

Application Deadline will be September 22, 2024

Payment must be received before teams will be accepted. Out-of-town teams will be contacted to confirm hotel bookings through the hotels link on the website once they have been accepted to the tournament.

Registration Process

Step 1: Once your team APPLIES to the tournament, the primary contact will receive an "application" email confirming your team has applied for the tournament. This is not the same as acceptance to the tournament.

Step 2: Once your team is ACCEPTED to the tournament, your primary contact will receive an "acceptance" email with further instructions.

Step 3: Once your team is accepted, you may make arrangements for housing accommodations through the hotels link on the webstie.
